Custom Computer Build

Do you have some very particular needs from a computer, are a gamer or simply want the experience of building a computer from parts, look no further. We will consult with you then put together a parts list and with your approval we will purchase the parts and assemble them with you. Unless required otherwise, we may also pre-setup the computer so that you can easily use it when built and don't have to wait hours of updates when built.

We do not work on custom water cooling loops.

Congratulations on the new computer, let's get you setup so that you can easily use it and your convenience all by staying safe online.

Computer Hardware Troubleshooting

Is your computer not starting up, or giving you some kind of error code? Let us have a look at it and we'll tell you what's most likely going on with it and then fix it for you.

Please note that we do not solder or open components, we simply swap them out and deduct where the faulty one is to then replace it. Examples of components include Motherboard, CPU, Ram, Graphics Card, Power Supply and Mass Storage Devices. We also do not open All-In-One computers.

Operating System Troubleshooting

Did the computer stop responding how it should? let us know and we'll come and investigate the issue and where applicable reconfigure the system so that it works again. If that's not possible, we'll help you transfer your data while reinstalling the operating system. This is mostly for windows, but may be applicable in some cases to MacOS and Linux.

Cable Management

Is your desk or computer a visual mess of cables. We will come and help you clean that up with our cable management supplies and experience. This may take to purchase custom length cable and additional supplies but you'll be glad you did for that clean feeling of a neatly organized desk and computer.

Network Setup & Installation

We can setup your network and Wi-Fi to fit your needs. We start by assessing the site and your needs, then make a recommendation and when approved we set it up for you so that you can have a working network and/or Wi-Fi system.

Network Upgrade

Is your network or Wi-Fi getting old? most consumer-grade Wi-Fi systems don't last more than 3 to 5 years. Or do you simply want a better setup than what your internet service provide gave you? These are cases where we can help you upgrade your network equipment.

Please note that we do not provide wiring services or wire crimping; We recommend you speak to an electrician for that. We also do not install or relocate optical fiber, however we can connect it between two exposed pieces of equipment.

Wi-Fi Troubleshooting

Is your network or Wi-Fi slow or sluggish? Call us and we'll diagnose the issue for you by coming to your location and running our tests. once we're done, we'll make a plan with you to solve the issue with the goal to get you back up and working as soon as possible.

Do you have any security concerns on your network? Tell us about it and we'll make recommendations and implement them to keep your devices and you safe.

Failover Internet Setup

Tired of the internet going out at the worst times? Using a wireless internet solution and your current internet provider, we can combine the two so that whenever the first one goes out, the second ones takes over.

What are your rates?

Our rates vary by location. Your rate will be displayed in the booking process when you enter your address.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Greater Phoenix Area, AZ and West Los Angeles, CA. Some cities we serve include: Maricopa, Casa Grande, Gilbert, Phoenix, North Phoenix, Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, the San Tan Valley, Tempe, Glendale, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Culver City, Yorba Linda and many more.

Do you offer on-site support?

Yes, in most cases we prefer on-site support, it's a better experience for you and it's more efficient as a service as we have a global view of what's going on. Also, some issues such as hardware do require on-site support by its very nature.

The exception to that is for the web services requiring no physical interaction.

What if I need remote support?

If you're an established customer with us and need help before we come over or for a very simple issue, we do offer remote support. However, on-site support is still preferred in most cases. For new customers, we only offer on-site support.

What are your hours of operation?

We generally operate between 6pm and 10pm Monday to Friday and from 8am to 10pm on weekends. Hours may vary.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can either call us at +1 (888) 485 4669 or fill out our online booking form at www.itprosalacarte.com/booknow and we'll be happy to help you out.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you paid for a travel fee and cancelled more than 4 hours before the appointment we refund the travel fee. If it is a shorter notice than 4 hours before the appointment time, the travel fee is forfeited. Additionally, if you cancel an appointment less than an hour before the start time or when the technician is already on the way, a $35 cancellation fee will apply and the travel fee will be forfeited.

What payment methods do you accept?

We usually accept Credit and Debit cards. If you require another payment method, please let us know ahead of time so we may accommodate the request if possible.
